Think they can be all interchangeable but it depends on what you want the lighting and color grading to be. And for objects like those you gotta also think about how light or even other objects would reflect off it

the blue is the exact reason i use unique colors for shading.

mixed on paper gives a more funky vibe for sure, with the fact you can see the other colors, but mixed on palettes gives a more clean look ^^ i like them both!

The Shadows are way to Big. A fried egg is way to flat for a Shadow this Big and also the egg yolk is Not so Big to make a Shadow Like this. Makes No sence

Wow.. those are really great paper!

Wet on wet is useful for blending as under tone or painting skin tone. Wet on dry tend to leave color patch with hard edges when painting skin tone unless you know how to blend.
